2 Cups.Of all-purpose flour.

1 Tbsp.Of baking powder.

1/2 Tsp.Of salt.

1/4 Cup.Of granulated sugar.

1/2 Cup.Of unsalted cold butter; cut into small pieces.

1/2 Cup.Of fresh blueberries.

3/4 Cup.Of whole milk.

A large beaten egg.

1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.

1 Tbsp.Of turbinado sugar.
