How to grow Aloe vera at home

Growing Aloe Vera at home is relatively easy, as it’s a hardy succulent plant that requires minimal care. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you grow Aloe Vera successfully:

Acquiring Aloe Vera Plant:

Purchase a healthy Aloe Vera plant from a garden center or get a cutting from a friend who has a mature plant.

Choosing a Container:

Aloe Vera prefers well-draining soil, so use a pot with drainage holes to prevent waterlogging.

Select a container that is not too large, as Aloe Vera prefers being slightly root-bound.

Use a cactus or succulent potting mix, or create your own by mixing regular potting soil with sand or perlite to improve drainage.

Plant the Aloe Vera in the pot, leaving some space around the edges.

Place the plant in the center and fill the remaining space with the potting mix.
