Mushroom sauce

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp. of Manteca
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 200 gr. Mushrooms (chopped into slices)
  • 1 glass of White Wine
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 glass of Milk Cream

How to make mushroom sauce

  • In a pan we put the tbsp. of butter. Once it melts, add the chopped onion and wait until it is transparent)
  • After a few minutes we add the garlic clove along with the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are soft, add the glass of wine along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • When it comes to a boil, add the heavy cream and let it cook for a few more minutes. And that’s it, we can now enjoy this delicious sauce!

White sauce

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp. of Manteca
  • 400 ml. milk
  • 1 tbsp. of common flour
  • Condiments to taste

How to make white sauce

  • In a pot we put the butter to melt. Then we add the flour and mix over low heat.
  • Little by little we pour the milk (previously heated) and add the seasonings to taste.
  • Stir until it thickens. And that’s it, enjoy!

Pepper sauce
